Set up buffet with wire chaffing racks, disposable  pans, disposable 
knives, forks, and plates, and clean up of our prep area. 

Typical buffet time limit is 1 - 2 hours
 If you need our staff to stay longer than scheduled,
 additional fees will be charged for each staff person onsite.

Typical Serving Time 1 hour based on head count, larger groups may need more time*

If you're planning on 20 or more children (10 and under) we can set them up with a special menu designed for them. We can feed them from their own buffet table, either before you eat or at the same time your buffet is ready. The obvious advantage to feeding them early is so you can eat uninterrupted. 

A separate buffet is necessary to keep the Adults from eating their food.

If you need our staff to stay longer than scheduled, additional fees will be charged for each staff person onsite.

Gratuity is a separate fee and the amount of the gratuity is left to the clients discretion and should never be solicited by our staff.  It is for the individuals that actually work the event as a team effort.  You might only see two people perform the job, but it might have taken up to six other people to make the event happen and is divided equally among the team. 

To reserve your event a deposit of 25% is due at booking.
