Since 1995 we have been creating catered events and designing menus and menus themes that have been adopted by other catering companies, not only in Florida, but all parts of the country, with our full blessings and sometimes our assistance. Sometimes our menus are copied with our knowledge and sometimes without our consent, but always with our blessings.
We believe in networking with Restaurants, Catering Companies and any other food service operation rather than feel that we are competing with them. Restaurants & Catering Companies contact us regularly for assistance or advice and we openly respond to help them with all their catering needs or answer all their questions in any way we can.
We assist them on how to cater events they may be uncomfortable with due to a large event size, menu selection, lack of equipment or cooking style, in order for them to complete their job. We have partnered with some of the finest Caterers and Restaurants in Florida.
We have also assisted many, many Caterers in opening their
own businesses in various places throughout Florida.
